Melting and metal forming
The metal forming phase takes place in the melting department. This is where gold bars begin to take shape and where ideas come into play.
Our six cold stamping presses enable us to quickly prepare the parts that are then processed in production.
We have a wide range of moulds available and we are able to build new ones according to different requirements, thus ensuring a high level of operational flexibility.

Alloys: those are the one we use
The management of the materials starts from a careful control of the alloys, some of them melted inside, like all precious metals, from gold to palladium, but also brass and bronze.
By metal casting we mean 18Kt gold alloys, which range from 5N red to 2N yellow, and also include white gold alloys, and then also silver.
Our operators are specialized in these processes and their decades of experience in the sector allow us to achieve excellent results even with alloys with lower gold content, such as those in 14Kt.
In the last years we have also molded non-precious metals, achieving great results, especially with bronze.
